In the event that a scheduled HRQG meeting is canceled due to weather or a major occurrence the following procedures will take place:
1) The Executive Board members will determine if a HRQG meeting should be canceled.
2) The HRQG President will notify via telephone the person or persons responsible for unlocking the church/building prior to the scheduled HRQG meeting.
3) The Newsletter/Website Committee Chairman will be advised to send out an e-mail Alert to notify the membership of a cancellation and the reason for it.
4) The members of the Executive Board will be responsible for notifying any member who does not have a computer/e-mail address. These members will be notified via telephone.
5) All members will be notified between 8:00AM and 8:30AM the day of the canceled scheduled monthly meeting. Members need to check their e-mail messages prior to leaving for a meeting.
